Injection Molding Machine Operator – Bath Fittings (PVC Production)

Location: Onsite – Factory in Etah, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Windsor 130-ton and Neelgiri 150-ton injection molding machines for bath fittings production (PVC).
• Perform mold loading and unloading as per the production requirements.
• Monitor the production process to ensure product quality and machine efficiency.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and maintenance on the machines to reduce downtime.
• Ensure daily production targets are met with minimal wastage.
• Report any technical issues or production delays to the factory manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the machine operating area.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience operating injection molding machines, preferably in the bath fittings or sanitaryware industry.
• Familiarity with PVC molding processes and mold handling techniques
• Ability to perform basic machine repairs, nozzle cleaning, and setup adjustments.
• Must understand machine safety protocols and quality control measures.
