Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily injection molding operations to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. Manage shift schedules, monitor machine performance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Coordinate with mould makers to maintain and repair molds as needed. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in the workplace. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., blow molding) to optimize manufacturing processes. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in injection molding supervision or related field (B.Tech/B.E. preferred). Strong knowledge of CIPET, HDPE, PP, plastic engineering, mould maintenance, machine maintenance, and moulds. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously during shifts; excellent communication skills required.
