Job Description

Qualification : DIP/ITI/BE MECH
Experience : 0-3 Years
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate injection Molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Molding processes.
Analyze and resolve process issues, including cycle time, part defects, and machine downtime.
Collaborate with tooling engineers to design and validate new moulds.
Conduct trials for new materials and moulds, ensuring process stability.
Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and scrap rates.
Train and mentor technicians and operators on best practices.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
