The organization is a new-age digital lender, with a focus on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). They are a Systemically Important, Non-Deposit taking Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC-ND-SI), offering a wide range of products tailored to the dynamic needs of small businesses. Your key responsibilities will include daily monitoring of all groups for the locations assigned, ensuring that location targets are aligned with targets for Pan India, traveling to locations as required for review and to ensure performance is at par, achieving monthly targets for all assigned locations, monitoring performance to ensure minimal flows to higher buckets/groups, monitoring bucket movement within each group, managing teams of Telecallers/Field Executives/Agency/Portfolio Managers, micro-level daily tracking of collections for each merchant and highlighting associated risks, taking corrective measures with cross-functional stakeholders against internal process gaps impacting Portfolio Performance, sharing performance level matrix with seniors for Portfolio insights, sharing location and Pan India performance matrix frequently to uplift existing performance, resolving service issues impacting Portfolio Performance, conducting Mystery Shopping to control non-performing accounts, updating feedback trails on the system, and sending daily collection reports to the reporting head. You will also need to regularly visit delinquent customers/merchants for overdue amount updates and effectively manage all customer/merchant related complaints and issues. Requirements: - Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience needed in handling multiple locations across all groups for the collection of consumer loans/business loans - Minimum a graduate (in any field) - Preferably a DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified professional - Good knowledge of Computers (MS Office, email communication) Skills Set & Experience: - Handled call centre and In-house Telecalling - Dialler call handling would be an added advantage - Team Management for Telecallers and Field Executives - Experience in handling mass data volumes - Agency Management - Should be presentable with good communication skills - Should have knowledge of the Collection Process - Professional approach towards the Customer - Ability to command authority but humble and sincere in behavior - Good convincing skills - Aware of Collection Code of Conduct Benefits: - Best in The Industry,
