Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. Your role and responsibilities The ability to be a team player The ability and skill to train other people in procedural and technical topics Strong communication and collaboration skills Required education Bachelors Degree Preferred education Masters Degree Required technical and professional expertise Provide technical operations support to clients on supported application, DevOps, middleware, security and infrastructure. Following a Client standard workflow Provide Application ID management support. Provide infrastructure elasticity by auto scaling up/down of resources based on the business requirements Preferred technical and professional experience Technical understanding of Client platform (PaaS), HA infrastructure and load balancers. Provide DR and manual redundancy fail overs. Provide daily, weekly & monthly integrated service management reports across the solution
