Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills :Database Management

Good to have skills :Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database Administration (DBA), AWS Relational Database Service (RDS)Minimum

Summary:As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing various technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring that all configured services operate smoothly across different platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite, collaborating with team members to enhance system performance and reliability while adhering to established operating models and processes.

Proficiency in Database Management.- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with AWS Relational Database Service (RDS), Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database Administration (DBA).- Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles.- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of database systems.- Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for database management.

Administration and Managing Database in both Physical and Cloud Environment.

Working experience on SQL Server 2016, 2017, 2019.

Database maintenance?Backup and Restoration.

Database User management.

Performance Tuning.

Troubleshooting Database related issues.

Managing MSSQL Server databases?Managing database on AWS RDS?Handling Incidents, Request, Changes.

Knowledge of High Availability SQL Always ON.

Knowledge of AWS RDS PostgreSQL, RDS mysql, RDS Aurora MySQL and RDS Aurora PostgreSQL.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Database Management.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
