Job Description

Job Summary The Infra Architect role involves designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that align with business needs. With a focus on MSExchangeOnlineAdministration ServiceNow ITSM PowerShell scripting and Azure DevOps the candidate will ensure seamless integration and operation. This position requires strong writing skills and decision-making capabilities to effectively communicate and execute strategies. The work model is hybrid with no travel required. Responsibilities Platform Requirements- Exchange Online Administration (8 years experience) Proofpoint Administration (6 years experience) PowerShell Scripting (6 years demonstrated experience) Retention Policies (Litigation Hold e-discovery) Mail routing connector Hybrid Mail Flow DMARK SPF DKIM Message Trace Sentinal Audit Logs ServiceNow ITSM Experience Mailbox Migration using native and 3rd party tools Understanding of differences between licenses (e3 f3 etc) Advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution System configuration and optimization Implementing new features and updates Performing root cause analysis for recurring issues Coordinating with vendors for complex issues Certifications Required Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert ITIL Foundation Certification
