Implement Redis caching for high-performance server response. Create responsive, pixel-perfect UI using Tailwind & Shadcn components. Integrate real-time features, background jobs, and API services. Ensure best practices — code quality, unit testing, version control (Git). Work closely with product team to deliver new features & improvements. Troubleshoot, debug, optimize performance & deploy applications. 📌 Additional RequirementsGood understanding of backend architecture, microservices & deployment. Knowledge of WebSockets / Socket.io is a plus. Ability to write clean, reusable, scalable code. Strong problem-solving & analytical thinking. Familiar with GitHub CI/CD, Linux servers (optional advantage).
