Infotainment HMI Software Engineer

The role requires you to understand functional and HMI specifications in order to design HMI applications for IVI. You will be responsible for developing the designed HMI application within the Android automotive framework. This involves creating design documents, test specifications, and unit test cases for the application. Additionally, you will be conducting functional testing of the HMI application on simulation and HW platforms, as well as performing static and dynamic code analysis. Communication with UI/UX designers is also a key aspect of this role. For this position, you should have at least 4 years of experience in IVI HMI Application development. Proficiency in IVI HMI Application Development in the Android framework is essential. You should have expertise in Java, Kotlin, Android Studio, and unit test framework. A good understanding of design principles and coding guidelines is also required. Preferred skills for this role include experience in QT, Flutter, or any other HMI development tool. Proficiency in C/C++ and Python is beneficial. Experience in mobile app development for Android/iOS platforms would be an added advantage.,
