Position Overview We are looking for an Audio-Visual Consultant / Design Engineer with proven expertise in designing AV systems for large-scale projects across hospitality, corporate offices, residential campuses, auditoriums, theatres, multi-purpose halls, background music systems, public addressing systems, and digital signage solutions. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end AV design, project coordination, and client engagement, ensuring innovative, efficient, and standard-compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design of Audio-Visual systems for diverse projects, including meeting rooms, auditoriums, theatres, and multi-purpose spaces. Carry out design reviews at appropriate intervals in coordination with the Lead Engineer and Project Manager. Review client comments, incorporate feedback into design deliverables, and guide CAD/REVIT engineers accordingly. Coordinate with Project Managers, BIM/CAD technicians, and other engineers to ensure timely, high-quality project submissions. Prepare detailed design documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and tender packages. Review and respond to RFIs, evaluate specialist supplier/contractor designs, and attend site meetings to resolve construction issues. Maintain up-to-date records and regularly update the Head of Department on design progress. Ensure all designs comply with ELV regulations, BICSI, EIA/TIA standards, and other relevant international codes of practice.
