Information Technology Quality Assurance Analyst

You will be a valuable addition to our team as an IT Analyst, where you will be responsible for automating key business processes and exciting E-Commerce projects. Your role will be crucial in shaping our IT landscape, and your knowledge in basic hardware/electrical aspects, especially with vending machines, will be essential for this position. As an IT Analyst, your main responsibilities will include participating in projects to automate business processes and ASC vending projects, preparing technical specifications for system development, studying and analyzing relevant subject areas, testing new functionality, providing support during implementation, and collaborating closely with the development team throughout the project lifecycle. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT analyst. Proficiency in using Postman for API testing, basic knowledge of PCB controllers and sensors, experience in communicating with hardware devices like vending machines or ATMs, familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, RS-232, USB), troubleshooting skills for hardware-software interactions, understanding of self-service and customer-facing software domains, experience in developing operational documentation and user instructions, and the ability to document work results in technical documentation are required.
