Position: Information Security Manager Job Shift: Night Education: We hire based on individual talent, skill and work ethic. Formal degrees are not a material in our hiring decision. Job Location: PAN India Key Responsibilities: Define the scope of the ISMS, identify relevant controls, and document justifications for control selection. Conduct ongoing risk assessments and manage the risk treatment plan, ensuring effective monitoring of control actions. Develop, review, and update all Information Security and IT policies to align with industry standards and regulations. Facilitate regular training sessions for all staff on ISMS requirements to promote a culture of security awareness. Plan and conduct internal audits of the ISMS and oversee vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Ensure closure of audit findings by tracking actions and suggesting corrective measures. Compile inputs for management review meetings and report on ISMS objectives and progress. Coordinate with law enforcement, CERT-in, and other relevant agencies on ISMS implementation and audits. Plan security measures for special and high-risk events, ensuring proper risk assessments are conducted. Order and manage security-related supplies and equipment as necessary. Analyze and assess vulnerabilities in software, hardware, and networks, recommending countermeasures and best practices. Protect systems by defining access controls and resource management. Conduct audits to identify security violations and recommend improvements. Create, test, and implement network disaster recovery plans. Assist in emergency management and contingency planning. Stay abreast of changes in security technologies, legislative directives, and best practices through seminars and conferences. Note: Having done relevant security certifications such as CEH, ECSA, CISSP, CISA, etc. will be an added advantage.
