Informatica Production Support

You will be responsible for providing production support for Informatica Power Center, Oracle/SQL, and Unix. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in Informatica, UNIX, and SQL, and a total experience of less than 10 years, you are expected to have a strong technical skill set in these areas. Your primary role will involve hands-on experience in Informatica Power Center, including performance tuning, handling issues with the DB team, and resolving production failures. You will need to understand business requirements, identify any solution gaps, and optimize code to improve performance in the production environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for triaging defects, determining root causes, and implementing fixes. You will also support deployments and ensure that changes are successfully reflected in the production environment. Desired competencies for this role include a total of 5+ years of experience with Informatica Power Center, at least 2 years of experience with Unix and SQL, and hands-on experience in at least 2 projects involving performance tuning and working in a ServiceNow environment. While it is considered a must-have to have Telecom Domain Knowledge, flexibility to work during critical periods and downtimes, and proficiency in client communication with a strong work ethic, these are considered good-to-have competencies.
