Informatica IDMC Developer

As an Informatica IDMC Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in the Data leverage team, collaborating with high-energy individuals in a fast-paced and agile product development environment. Your responsibilities will involve providing accountability in the ETL and Data Integration space, from development to delivery. Working closely with the Project Manager, Technical Lead, and client teams, you will focus on developing bug-free code with proper unit testing and documentation. Your inputs will be valuable in planning, estimation, scheduling, and coordination of technical activities related to ETL-based applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) tools to ingest, transform, and store data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources into the IDMC platform and ensure smooth data flow. - Build scalable data models, manage data warehousing solutions, and optimize data storage within the IDMC framework. - Develop data transformation, integration, and quality checks, using Informatica or other IDMC tools. - Perform data cleansing and data quality checks to ensure clean, reliable data for business users. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, ensuring reliability and stability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions. - Ensure the quality and cleanliness of data using data validation and transformation techniques. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong experience in ETL tools IDMC (CDI and CAI Primary), Informatica (Secondary). - Good understanding of ETL and ELT best practices and experience with ETL and ETL Mapping documentation. - Strong proficiency in SQL for working with data and writing complex queries. - Experience in Agile or DevOps practices for data management projects. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Experience in the insurance (e.g., UW, Claim, Policy Issuance) or financial industry preferred.,
