Role and Responsibilities: Ideation and conceptualization of Influencer Marketing plans. Identify and build relationships with influencers Design end-to-end influencer campaigns that supports the brand objectives Build relationship with marketing agencies and tracking the campaigns Increase outreach on social media and with the influencer community Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns Onboarding, Cost negotiation, Briefing & Campaign Execution with influencers/influencer marketing agencies. Monitoring influencer marketing activities, tracking & analysing data, post-campaign evaluation, identifying key learnings and opportunities for improvement to meet campaign objectives Be aware of influencer marketing industry trends Analyse the performance metrics Collaborate with the influencer community and reach out to new influencers, activating existing influencers, and build and maintain a strong relationship Taking Ownership of User Graphic Content generation/designing (UGC) We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial and problem-solving spirit with the maturity to balance their actions between drawing from experience and experimentation.
