You will be working as an Influencer Campaign Associate at Flutch, an Influencer marketing agency located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Flutch is dedicated to transforming how brands engage with content creators to convey impactful stories. The team at Flutch comprises IIT Madras alumni with prior experience in startups and a deep understanding of digital marketing, data science, and advertising technologies. As an Influencer Campaign Associate, your role will involve assisting in influencer research and outreach by identifying potential influencers who resonate with our brand and target audience. You will support outreach efforts through various communication channels. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies, including creating campaign briefs outlining goals, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborating with influencers to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, along with conveying brand guidelines and creative direction. You will also be involved in tracking and analyzing the performance of influencer campaigns, compiling data, and preparing reports on campaign effectiveness. Building positive relationships with influencers to enhance collaboration and brand advocacy will be an essential aspect of your role, requiring regular communication to ensure a smooth partnership experience. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with a keen interest in influencer marketing and social media trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a basic understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Being detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, an eagerness to learn, and adapt to a fast-paced environment are also key requirements. Preferred qualifications include having completed an internship or coursework related to marketing or influencer relations, familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms, and basic knowledge of content creation and editing tools.,
