Summary: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will engage with client project teams to offer your expertise in various domains. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project requirements, providing insights on best practices, and ensuring that the solutions designed meet the clients' needs effectively. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Analyze project requirements and provide tailored recommendations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Research and Development Operations. - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in life sciences. - Experience with project management methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
