We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in industrial goods trading to manage operations and drive business growth across water treatment, wastewater, FRP and related engineering categories. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations: sourcing, procurement, quotations, order processing, and logistics Coordinate with vendors for pricing, delivery timelines, and technical clarifications. Develop and maintain customer relationships with EPCs, system integrators, and end users. Prepare techno-commercial proposals and support tender submissions. Track orders, maintain documentation, and ensure timely delivery. Support post-sales activities including warranty, service coordination, and customer communication. Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in industrial trading, technical sales, or supply chain operations. Knowledge of pumps, FRP items, valves, instrumentation, or water/wastewater components is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM/ERP tools. Ability to manage multiple orders and maintain process discipline. Education Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering preferred; graduates with relevant trading experience also considered.
