Could you be the full-time Industrial Planner in Kolkata were looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial planning expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. You'll ensure the alignment of demand (firm and forecast) with resources (manufacturing and procurement) to achieve customers’ Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives while optimizing site resources like people, machines, and cash. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing & Testing, Supply Chain, Project Management, Finance, and Human Resources), manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and oversee the application of planning tools and processes. You’ll specifically take care of team management, including resource allocation and competency development, but also support daily industrial planning execution and reporting. We’ll look to you for: Ensuring adherence to Industrial Planning Golden Rules and processes Contributing to the achievement of Industrial Planning KPIs Driving APSYS (Alstom Performance System) roadmap actions related to industrial planning Managing demand and scheduling in Core Planning Tools and ERP systems Applying and promoting Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules Providing visibility on industrial planning status and proposing solutions for delays impacting On-Time Delivery (OTD) All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
