About the Role We are looking for a hands-on, field-oriented Marketing Executive to drive the growth of our independent agricultural tools brand TEZ . The role involves extensive travel across villages, towns, and markets to promote and market our range of agricultural tools such as powrah, pickaxe, cultivator shovals, rotavator blades, and hammers . This is a ground-level, customer-centric role , requiring direct engagement with farmers, retailers, dealers, and distributors to build market presence, understand real-world product usage, gather feedback, and drive sales and collections. Key Responsibilities Visit villages, retail shops, dealers, distributors, and agri markets across India to promote TEZ products Market and demonstrate the TEZ product range to end users and channel partners Execute sales as per approved price lists , negotiate commercial terms, and close orders Build and maintain strong relationships with: Farmers Retailers Dealers Distributors Collect market intelligence including: Competitor products and pricing Customer buying behavior Dealer preferences Regional demand patterns Gather direct customer feedback on product performance and suggest product improvements Assist in developing and executing field-based marketing strategies Ensure order execution , coordinate dispatches, and follow up on payments Ensure timely collection and receipt of funds from customers Maintain visit reports, sales data, and market feedback for management review Key Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust on the ground Good presentation and product demonstration skills Ability to work independently in field conditions Commercial understanding of pricing, margins, and collections Willingness to travel extensively across rural and semi-urban India Preferred Qualifications Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or related field 25 years of experience in field sales or marketing , preferably in: Agricultural tools Farm equipment Hardware or industrial products Experience dealing with dealers and distributors is an advantage Knowledge of rural markets and farming practices will be a strong plus What We Are Looking For A ground-level marketer , not a desk-based executive Someone who is comfortable working in villages and mandi areas A person who understands that real marketing happens in the field A candidate eager to learn from customers and translate insights into action Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
