Job Title: Tender Executive Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with all requirements, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality tender submissions. Key Responsibilities Tender Identification & Analysis Identify and monitor relevant tenders through government portals, online tendering platforms, and other sources. Analyse tender documents, eligibility criteria, and client requirements. Attend pre-bid meetings and collect necessary technical and commercial inputs. Tender Preparation & Submission Coordinate, prepare, and compile bid submission documents for tenders, questionnaires, and pre-qualification stages. Prepare technical bids in coordination with seniors and handle e-tender documentation on various portals. Ensure timely submission of complete and accurate tender proposals. Receive and handle enquiries from clients related to tenders. Post-Submission Follow-up & Documentation Regularly follow up with prospective buyers for purchase orders. Track status and outcomes of submitted tenders. Maintain organised records of all past tenders, proposals, and responses. Contracts & Coordination Draft, review, and negotiate agreements/commercial contracts required for business operations. Communicate proactively with clients and coordinate with internal departments for necessary inputs. Ensure all tender submissions meet organisational standards and client expectations. Required Skills Strong understanding of government and private tendering processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); practical knowledge of Excel functions is essential. Strong organisational, documentation, and coordination abilities. Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail. Education & Experience Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech (Electronics or Electrical preferred). Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in tendering, bidding, or bid management.
