Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Time Officer located in Tada. The Time Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, managing timekeeping systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include monitoring shift schedules, addressing employee attendance queries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency. The role demands a high level of attention to detail and effective communication skills. Qualifications Experience in time management, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling Proficiency in using timekeeping systems and related software tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data management and compliance Effective interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with employees and departments Ability to work independently while handling multiple responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus
