Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Export Documentation Executive for a full-time, on-site position at our Mumbai office. The role involves managing the complete documentation process for export shipments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This includes liaising with clients, customs authorities, and shipping agents, as well as maintaining thorough and organized records in line with export regulations. Key Responsibilities Prepare, verify, and manage all export-related documentation. Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, customs, and sales team to ensure smooth shipment processing. Ensure full compliance with applicable export laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all transactions. Qualifications Strong knowledge of export documentation procedures Experience in import-export operations; experience in the chemical industry is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
