Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support & E-commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries via WhatsApp and email , manage e-commerce dashboards , and ensure smooth order processing and tracking updates. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels . Handle customer queries, complaints, and product inquiries with empathy and efficiency. Manage orders on e-commerce platforms (such as PrestaShop, Amazon, or Shopify). Create customer orders, process payments, and update order status. Send tracking details and ensure timely delivery coordination. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending issues. Coordinate with logistics partners for order fulfillment and delivery updates. Requirements: At least 1 years of experience in customer support or e-commerce operations (preferred). Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi . Basic knowledge of email tools , Excel , and e-commerce dashboards . Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or similar customer communication tools. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
