We are currently looking for additional Freelance Fashion Content Writer position for our India-centric Fashion site - https://Threads.WerIndia.com. YOU MUST BE EXCITED AND SOMEWHAT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT INDIAN FASHION which we define broadly. Our ultimate goal is to get India and the Rest of the World excited about our Indian Fashions. Our focus will continue to be to highlight Indian Fashions from everywhere both modern, traditional, mix & match, and everything related, and to drive traffic and engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are driven by the passion to create fashion that appeals to your eyes and to your heart involving mostly Indian touch. The person should be able to generate content based on trending styles and the new looks out in market but focus should be Indian perspective. For e.g. - nowadays, people mix & match western styles with some Indian touch. So our ultimate focus is to showcase the Indian Fashion. If you help us in spreading Indian Fashion to the outside world, that would be a major plus for us.

• As content writer, content creator, content curator - you will take ownership of this site - you will decide what content is produced and highlighted, how often refreshed, and even how it is marketed.
• You will create content for all the topics of our site – https://Threads.WerIndia.com – including: Fashion, Accessories, Beauty, Home & Living, Culture, Fashionista, Bride to Be, Go Green, and the sub-categories.
• Have creativity & imagination; interest, enthusiasm, willing to experiment, and self-driven.
• Keep up with current trends, and have a keen sense for audience engagement.
• Work with our marketing team to popularize this site in social media channels and other avenues.
• Helpful to have some technology background, some WordPress or similar experience. If not, we can train and guide you.
• You will update the Content, Images and/or Video, and add relevant SEO information.
• Invite Readers to contribute content, and highlight and celebrate them.

Important Points:

• Content should be Original (plagiarism free content), creative, unique, and bring audience engagement to website.
• Knowledge about Canva/AI image/Pinterest Image and Free image sources will be beneficial. Knowledge about latest AI tools – e.g. ChatGPT, Google – Gemini, Perplexity, others to use to create free to use relevant and powerful images.
• Create content on Regular Basis.
• Interest to learn and update with latest trends or culture of India.
• Paid on article basis at the end of each month.
