Salary: 22,000/- to Upto 25,000/- Per (Monthly In-hand)

About the Role
We are looking for a confident and passionate Indian Chef (CDP) who takes pride in authentic flavors and consistent quality.
You will manage your kitchen section, support smooth service, and guide junior chefs while delivering delicious Indian dishes that guests enjoy and remember.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the assigned Indian kitchen section independently
Prepare and present Indian dishes as per standard recipes
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Supervise, train, and support commis chefs
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
Planmise place for efficient serviceControl food cost by monitoring stock and reducing wastage
Use and maintain kitchen equipment safely

Skills & Requirements
Proven experience as a CDP in an Indian kitchen
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisines (curries, tandoor, regional dishes)
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Leadership and team-handling skills
Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
Good time management and attention to detailPositive attitude and passion for cooking
