Bengal Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled CNC & VMC Programmer with expertise in both CNC Turning and VMC Milling operations. The candidate must be proficient in SolidCAM programming , manual G-code programming , and should have hands-on experience with 4-axis and 5-axis machining . Key Responsibilities: Programming and setting up CNC/VMC machines for precision machining. Development of new parts with complete process planning. Tool selection and optimization, especially for HRSA materials like Inconel, Monel, and Hastelloy-X . Handling GD&T , tolerancing , and final inspection processes . Overseeing daily production planning , quality checks , and manpower management on the shop floor. Collaborating with design and R&D teams to improve machining strategies and reduce cycle time. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of feeds, speeds, and insert/tooling knowledge for stainless steel and high-temperature alloys. Experience: 4-10 years in CNC Turning and VMC Milling Programming Skills: Proficient in SolidCAM and manual G/M-code Machining Expertise: Hands-on experience in 4-axis & 5-axis machining Material Knowledge: have worked on HRSA materials Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy-X Tool & Fixture Knowledge: Strong understanding of cutting tool selection , fixture design, and workholding strategies Leadership: Experience in manpower handling , guiding operators, and managing shop-floor activities Drawing Interpretation: Skilled in reading engineering drawings, GD&T , and working with tight tolerances Other Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a team player
