Job Location : Perundurai, Erode.

Designation : RM & Disptach Incharge

Experience : Material Management

Age Limit : 40-45 years

Roles and Responsbilities : -

o Managing the receipt of raw materials, verifying quantities and quality, and ensuring proper storage to prevent damage or spoilage.

o Maintaining optimal inventory levels, monitoring stock levels, and initiating timely replenishment orders.

o Issuing raw materials to the production department based on daily requirements and maintaining accurate records of material movement.

o Maintaining accurate records of all raw material transactions, including receipts, issues, and inventory levels.

o Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to all relevant safety and company policies.

o Coordinating with other departments, such as procurement, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth material flow.

o Generating regular reports on inventory levels, material consumption, and other relevant metrics.

o Implementing measures to minimize material wastage and optimize material handling costs.

o Ensuring that raw materials received and stored meet quality standards and are fit for production.

o overseeing the daily operations of a dispatch department, ensuring the efficient, Safely and timely delivery of goods.

o Monitoring delivery progress and addressing delays or issues.

o Maintaining accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and driver activity

o Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
