Requirements 0- 2 years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, finance, or related fields. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus. A basic understanding of incentive compensation models and commission structures is preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Responsibility Support incentive compensation operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate compensation data efficiently. Assist in the administration, execution, and reporting of incentive compensation plans for clients. Work closely with internal teams to resolve compensation-related queries from employees and business partners. Perform data analysis and validations to facilitate smooth incentive processing. Maintain detailed documentation of processes and stakeholder interactions. Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimizations. Assist in preparing reports and analyses related to incentive compensation. Key Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of incentive compensation models and commission structures (preferred). Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Adaptability to fast-paced work environments and shifting priorities. Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges. Familiarity with IC software/tools like Javelin is an advantage
