Job Description

As an Inbound Sales Representative New Assoc at Accenture, you will be a part of the Customer Support vertical, where your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, and provide optimal resolutions. Your focus will be on closing faults and complaints within SLAs, transforming customer support into a value-generating service that sets us apart in the market. Your role will involve solving routine problems following established guidelines, with most interactions occurring within your team and under the supervision of your direct manager. You will receive detailed instructions for all tasks, and your decisions will have a direct impact on your work, closely monitored by supervisors. As an individual contributor within a team, your scope of work will be predetermined and narrow. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong command of English (International) and hold a degree in Any Graduation, B.B.M, 12th, PUC, or HSC. While no prior experience is required, having 0 to 1 year of relevant experience will be advantageous. Additionally, you must be open to working in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
