Inbound Customer Support Representative (6 PM – 12 AM Shift)

We are a Hospitality Company with multiple outlets of Pubs and Restaurants in Pune and Mumbai looking for a proactive and articulate Candidate for an Inbound Customer Support role. In this position, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, providing detailed information about offer promotion, managing group bookings, and closing bookings over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Offer Promotion: Dictate and explain active packages, promotional offers, and deals to prospective clients.
• Group Bookings: Coordinate and manage reservation requests for large groups from query to confirmation, focusing on closing bookings.
• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and courteous communication.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Freshers or One Year Experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to dictating offers and explain service details clearly over the phone.
• Customer-focused approach and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
