Inbound Customer Support Intern (10 AM – 7 PM Shift)

We are a Hospitality Company with multiple outlets of Pubs and Restaurants in Pune and Mumbai looking for a proactive and articulate Candidate for an Inbound Customer Support role. In this position, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, providing detailed information about offer promotion, managing group bookings, and closing bookings over the phone.

• Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Work Location: On-site / Office

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Telecalling: Handle incoming queries during the evening operational window.
• Offer Promotion: Clearly explain active deals, offers, and services to callers to assist in closing bookings.
• Booking Assistance: Assist in taking down details and organizing group booking requests.
• Support & Coordination: Maintain positive interactions with customers and resolve basic queries effectively.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Freshers/ Interns preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn customer service tactics and offer promotion.
• Enthusiastic and reliable attitude.

Benefits

• Will be converted to full time as per performance.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
