Knowledge and Skills - MBA or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficient Excel knowledge is a must. Experience with HRIS systems. Positive, proactive work ethic and independent working style also in times of high workload and with deadlines. Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented while maintaining accuracy.
