Position: Creative Content (Audio Video) Job Requirements: Education & Experience: A graduate degree with a specialization or demonstrated interest in creative content development, ideally with hands-on experience in audio-visual production. Formal training & certification from a recognized film institute such as FTII, or a diploma/degree in filmmaking or related disciplines from a reputed institution. Proven track record in producing diverse content formats, including corporate films, documentaries, and narrative storytelling, with a flair for creativity and innovation. Skills & Competencies: Proficient in end-to-end content creation, encompassing scripting, production, post-production, and final outputs. Strong ability to conceptualize and structure themes, innovative audio-visual narratives, including theme development, content flow, and scriptwriting. Deep understanding of the post-production process, with hands-on experience in editing, content refinement, research, music selection, and motion graphics integration etc. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with content strategists, editors, and creative teams to produce high-quality outputs aligned with project goals. Key Responsibilities: Translate creative briefs into compelling corporate video concepts by ideating, developing, and finalizing content in alignment with the projects goals, theme, and tone. Develop comprehensive storyboards, scripts, content structures, and shot lists tailored to specific business objectives and target audiences. Possess a strong foundation in documentary-style and storytelling-led content creation with an emphasis on originality and innovation. Propose and implement innovative storytelling approaches & techniques for internal communications, employee engagement, training programs, CSR initiatives, and corporate branding through AV. Collaborate with internal departments and cross-functional teams to understand communication objectives and accordingly conceptualize, script, and structure AV content. Identify and source relevant visual materials, including archival footage or new recordings, and work closely with editors to deliver creative, high-quality AV outputs. Be proficient in editing software, design integration, and asset management tools. Ensure all produced content aligns with brand guidelines, project vision, and quality standards. Acquired foundational knowledge and established effect contact & direct communication with all AV relevant parties including writer, artist technicians, musician, and vendors etc, across all sections involved in AV & events execution Edit corporate videos to meet specific client or internal requirements, creative presenting content in a visually engaging and professional manner. Demonstrate the ability to research, repurpose, enhance, and upgrade existing content using advanced tools and creative methodologies. Working with graphic designers to ensure cohesive/overall visual elements for best appearance, such as titles, animations, and graphic sequences, are seamlessly integrated into the final output. Demonstrate a strong sense of visual storytelling, music selection, lyrics alignment, and sound design to match the tone and emotion of the content. Ability of strong apply research and analytical skills to enhance content relevance; manage transcription, fact-checking, and reference gathering as needed for video development. Maintain a proactive and professional approach to ensure timely execution and delivery of AV projects. Ability & stay informed and adaptable to emerging AI tools and applications that can elevate the quality, efficiency, and innovation in content creation. Lead and manage content production with a collaborative mindset, adapting to multiple roles as required and following instructions effectively. Manage project timelines, production schedules, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous video/audio initiatives. Organize and maintain a well-structured archive of raw footage, final videos, templates, and reusable assets for future projects. Work in coordination with the librarian or archival team to fully understand and utilize archival footage in content creation.
