Qualification : DME / B.E Experience : Min.4 - 5 Years in relevant field R & R : Rresponsible for all In-Process Inspection (Sheet metal Stamping, Welding, Assembly) 1.Prefered background from Automotive industries and preferred experience in IATF 16949 : 2016 certified company . 2.Responsible for all Line Setup approval , Patrol inspection , Final reports 3.Responsible for full implementation of quality Inspection planning. 4.Responsible to meet all customers requirment 5.Rejection data and analysis of Top five rejections and taken action plan with core tool 6.Validate the root cause, determination of complaints with 8D 7.Verify the use of appropriate control plans for parts manufacturing 8.Participate in all the processes of Quality Management System requirements 9.To meet Inhouse PPM , Customer ppm 10.Support Customer Audit , MIS report 11. Customer to maintain good ramp 12 .SPC, Calibration , Process audit , Product audit , Layouts , PPAP documents 13 . Good awarness of TQM , 7QC tools 14. SAP Knowledege required. ************************************************************************************************** Qualification : DME / B.E Experience : Min.4 - 5 Years in relevant field R & R : Rresponsible for all Incoming Material (RM, BOP , Sub-Con,Supplier ) 1.Prefered background from Automotive industries and preferred experience in IATF 16949 : 2016 certified company . 2.Responsible for all Incoming reports, Vendor Monitoring , Performance evaluation. 3.Responsible for full implementation of quality at supplier and Incoming Inspection. 4.Responsible to meet all customers requirment 5.Rejection data and analysis of supplier rejection material and taken verify action plan. 6.Validate the root cause, determination of complaints with 8D 7.Verify the use of appropriate control plans for parts manufacturing during Supplier visit. 8.Participate in all the processes of Quality Management System requirements 9.To meet supplier PPM. 10. Conduct Supplier evaluation Audit , MIS report , Action plan closure as per the timeline. 11.Laison with supplier to maintain good ramp 12 .Supplier Process audit , Product audit , Layouts , PPAP documents Verification. 13 . Good awarness of TQM , 7QC tools 14.SAP Knowledge required.
