Job Description

You are the IMU Digital Commerce & Product Management Manager responsible for leading the development, management, and growth of digital commerce platforms in the NCR region. Your role entails strategic planning, user-centered product development, and a deep understanding of the digital commerce landscape. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will ensure the delivery of seamless digital shopping experiences and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities include: - Overseeing end-to-end product management for digital commerce platforms - Defining a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new features - Optimizing conversion, engagement, and retention metrics to drive growth - Prioritizing product backlog, sprint planning, and product features - Staying informed about e-commerce and digital trends for innovative guidance - Assessing product performance and user behavior with analytics teams - Ensuring compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements - Advocating for best practices in UX and customer journey design - Encouraging continuous improvement, experimentation, and agile delivery culture Your professional & technical skills should include: - Knowledge of digital commerce ecosystems and customer journeys - Strong analytical capabilities with experience in A/B testing and data visualization - Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and headless commerce architecture - Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities - Translating business requirements into technical specifications effectively - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and product analytics dashboards - Experience in working with matrixed or global organizations is advantageous You should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience and hold a Masters degree in business administration (MBA) or a postgraduate degree in management (PGDM) from premier institutes.
