You’re responsible for building a predictable pipeline of international clients (USA, Canada, UK, Australia) for our web design, SEO, and digital marketing services. You’ll combine strategy, outreach, relationship-building, and closing skills to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Identify, nurture, and convert high-value leads through outbound & inbound channels. Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and pitch suitable service packages. Build strong relationships with international prospects across digital platforms. Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead-generation campaigns with revenue goals. Maintain accurate reporting of pipelines, forecasts, and conversions in CRM tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets tied directly to performance-based incentives. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (agency or SaaS experience preferred). Excellent communication skills with the ability to sell to international markets. Strong understanding of web design, digital marketing, SEO, or willingness to learn fast. Confident on video calls; persuasive in both written and verbal communication. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
