Import Documentation Executive – ISO Tank

We are seeking an experienced Import Documentation Executive with a strong background in ISO Tank operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing all import-related documentation, coordinating with shipping lines, customers, and customs, and ensuring smooth and timely clearance of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify import documents for ISO Tank shipments
• Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and clients for timely cargo release
• Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
• Track and update shipment status to clients and internal teams

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in ISO Tank import documentation
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance and DG cargo procedures
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and shipping software/tools
