You will be joining Mbel Grace (Grace Furnishings Pvt LTD), a leading company known for its efficient and quality adaptation of complex designs and timely delivery of premium interior furniture, retail fit-out, and fixtures for the past 32 years. Renowned for its technology, innovative material handling, and expert craftsmanship in creating the finest interior furniture, Mbel Grace is now looking for candidates to fill the position of IMOS Designer in Noida. As an IMOS Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create accurate and detailed 3D models, production drawings, and cut lists for custom furniture using IMOS software. This includes ensuring manufacturability, optimizing materials, and seamlessly integrating with CNC machines. You will be working in the IMOS department of the Luxury Modular Furniture Manufacturing industry on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: - Develop 3D designs and production-ready models using IMOS CAD/CAM tailored for modular and custom furniture. - Generate BOMs, CNC files, panel lists, and hardware specifications directly from the IMOS system. - Interpret architectural and interior design drawings and translate them into manufacturing models. - Customize libraries, parametric components, and design templates in IMOS. - Coordinate with the production and CNC teams to ensure design feasibility and clarity. - Ensure optimal material usage and cost-efficiency in design outputs. - Collaborate with design, sales, and installation teams for layout approvals and design revisions. - Troubleshoot design and output issues related to software or production. - Maintain project files and documentation for traceability and future use. Required Skills: - Proficiency in IMOS CAD/CAM and knowledge of CNC integration. - Good understanding of modular furniture construction techniques. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural plans. - Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software is a plus. - Knowledge of woodworking materials, fittings, and hardware. - Attention to detail and accuracy in dimensioning and documentation. Preferred Qualities: - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Problem-solving mindset for production/design issues. - Prior experience in a modular furniture manufacturing environment.
