Immigration Process Consultant

We are looking for a highly resourceful, committed, Immigration Consultant to join our team. This job is based in India and we are looking for candidates around Thane region. The office location of our company is in Thane. So you must be conveniently located near Thane.

We are an immigration practice firm and for managing our clients cases we need to manage various activities. Because the work involves some confidentiality, it is necessary that you work from office location.

Responsibilities

Daily review of client’s pending documents, sending them reminders

Review of completed immigration applications of the clients and doing corrections if any

Interacting with client on e-mail and whatsapp for collecting inputs from clients on various immigration matters pertaining to their case

Calling clients over phone to check progress on required documents and form details

Providing solutions to clients for immigration documentation problems they face

You will be overall responsible for managing immigration cases from start to end.

You will be driving the immigration case from start to finish. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the case finishes in time and all issues are resolved on time.

You will also be responsible for independently communicating with the customer on phone, WhatsApp or email. So your English should be very good.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or equivalent.

At least 4-5 years of immigration related experience, experience with documents required for immigration and forms and procedures is preferred

Excellent command over English

Diligent eye for detail, good with documents checks
