Immigration Counsellor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our Calicut team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in providing personalized counselling for PR and visa programs, especially for destinations like Australia, Canada, Germany, and the UK. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients from the initial consultation through to the final submission, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and virtual counselling sessions with prospective clients.
• Evaluate client eligibility for PR and various visa programs across multiple countries.
• Assist clients with documentation, application procedures, and submission processes.
• Keep up-to-date with changing immigration policies and requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups for client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in immigration consulting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of PR and visa pathways for Australia, Canada, Germany, and the UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate within a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.

Preferred:

• Experience with student visa counselling is a plus.
• Fluency in Malayalam and English is preferred.
