Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling:

  Make outbound calls to potential business clients (B2B) and job seekers (B2C) from database leads or assigned lists.

• Lead Generation:

  Pitch our HR consulting, staffing, and compliance services to decision-makers (HR Managers, Founders, Business Owners).

• Candidate Coordination:

  Connect with job applicants, screen profiles, check initial interest, and coordinate interview schedules.

• Query Resolution:

  Answer questions regarding our service offerings, pricing structures, and recruitment processes.

• CRM Management:

  Maintain accurate daily logs of calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses in our database/CRM.

• Follow-Ups:

  Nurture leads through regular follow-up calls and emails to drive conversions and meet monthly targets.
