Immediate Manager Accounts

As an Accounts Manager for our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Supervision of operational deliveries and enhancing process efficiency - Ensuring process controls for transactional compliances of TDS & GST - Guiding TLs/Supervisors for day to day handling of the process - Understanding business and coordinating with supervisors/Management for process improvements - Ensuring plans for process improvement and implementation of the same - Ensuring publishing of periodic MIS & various dashboards on Productivity, Accuracy, TAT adherence, Escalations etc. - Analyzing knowledge gaps and ensuring trainings for agents - Planning for forecasted volume and managing actual in line with shrinkage - Controlling overall performance, conducting performance reviews, progression plans, and ensuring motivation of the team - Regularly connecting with clients at different levels for building relationships Qualifications required for this role: - CA qualified - Age below 40 years You should possess the following requisite skills: - Attention to details, identifying gaps/areas of focus, and presenting recommendations to various stakeholders - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong control over MS PowerPoint - Good knowledge of Indian Accounting & compliances for TDS & GST - Ability to work independently to resolve issues - Ability to work accurately in tight timeframes - Ability to identify improvement opportunities - Team handling experience with strong People Management skills - Exposure to startup/Technology/Manufacturing business environments would be an added advantage - Good to have working knowledge of ticketing tools, load assignment & workload management The job type for this position is Permanent. The working schedule is 6 days/week with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays as work from home. Shifts are from 10 am to 7 pm and 12 pm to 9 pm. Cab facility is available for one side drop for shifts logging out after 9 pm. Localities from Gurgaon/South Delhi/West Delhi can apply.,
