Illustration Artist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Illustration Artist for T Shirts to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for crafting unique and trendy t-shirt graphics with a keen focus on typography, illustrations, and culturally inspired designs. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the marketing and production teams to develop designs that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity. Your key responsibilities will include creating original and visually appealing t-shirt designs based on brand themes and current fashion trends. You will also be tasked with preparing and setting up designs for printing, ensuring the correct file formats, color accuracy, and print compatibility. Collaboration with the design and marketing teams to develop seasonal collections and promotional merchandise will be an essential part of your role. Additionally, researching and analyzing industry trends to create designs that appeal to our target audience and working with various printing techniques such as screen printing, DTG, embroidery, and sublimation will be part of your daily tasks. It will also be important to modify and refine designs based on team feedback and market response while maintaining brand consistency across all design outputs. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW is necessary, and experience with Procreate is a plus. A strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition is essential, as well as experience in designing for apparel, merchandise, or fashion branding. Knowledge of print production techniques and file preparation, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs are also required. The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is crucial. A portfolio showcasing t-shirt designs and typography work is a mandatory requirement for this role.
