Job Description

You will be an integral part of our Customer Experience Centre team, helping us unleash our creativity to drive dynamic, powerful and engaging meetings that allow for strategic changes to emerge through visual communication, innovative design and creative thinking skills. You will use large scale imagery to lead groups towards a goal by thinking differently and communicating more effectively with each other. Your days will be fast paced and you will be working closely with senior business leaders to challenge their thinking and see things from a different perspective.

Your role will include:

Creating a theme/concept for the Workshop Understanding the key messaging and coming up with a visual metaphor to best represent the idea.
Infographics and animation Storyboarding and presenting key information creatively to engage participants.
Illustrations Bringing the visual metaphors into life on the whiteboards/ digital doodles supporting illustrations.
Graphic recording/scribing – Using whiteboards, videos, doodles, caricatures or other media to illustrate the flow and key messages from the discussions and presentations.
Support the running of workshops – Assisting in setting up the environment visually, running sessions, arranging logistics, live scribing and capturing the course of the event and turning it into usable output.
Photography and video - Capturing digital images and rendering them as per the needs of the event.
Production of event summaries or journals – Creating post event detailed documents that allow stakeholders to reconnect with the highlights of the event. You will also be expected to help maintain and utilize the space to ensure it is ready to always use.

Bachelor’s in fine arts (Painting/Applied Arts/Sculpture/Animations)

Experience of working as an Illustrations Artist or as a Graphics Designer with good Illustration skill
