Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin cum Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and the ability to handle multiple office functions efficiently. Key Responsibilities Front Office Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally Greet visitors, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor passes Coordinate visitor appointments with internal departments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Manage courier services (inward and outward) and maintain dispatch records Administrative Responsibilities Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, housekeeping, and office services Handle travel arrangements including booking cabs, flights, and hotels Maintain employee attendance and leave records (if applicable) Organize meetings, conferences, and internal events Assist HR with onboarding documentation and ID card creation Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and basic expense tracking Ensure proper functioning of office equipment (printers, phones, systems) Maintain office files, records, and documentation systematically Coordinate repair and maintenance of office infrastructure Support Responsibilities Assist senior management with administrative and coordination tasks Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders Support procurement activities including quotations, follow-ups, and purchase orders Ensure compliance with office policies, safety standards, and workplace guidelines Qualifications Graduate in any discipline Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Good command of English (spoken and written) Proficiency in MS Office applications
