Job Description

Handle customer interactions over calls, explain personal loan products, generate leads, follow up with interested customers, and assist with loan applications.

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Versant Level 4 required.

Salary

• NAPS: ₹21,000 monthly in-hand.
• CTC: ₹22,000 per month (approximately ₹18,600 in-hand).

Working Details

• Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Transport: Pick-up and drop from Thane Railway Station as per company policy.
