ICU Staff Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Staff Nurse to provide critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. The ICU Nurse will be responsible for continuous monitoring, administering treatments, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care in life-threatening conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and advanced life support as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during procedures, intubations, and emergency interventions.
• Operate and manage ICU equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients’ families.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team for effective patient care.
• Participate in training, continuous education, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Nursing Council registration (as per local regulations).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing (preferred).
• Strong clinical skills with ability to handle emergencies.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Work Environment:

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Hospital / Healthcare Facility.
• Rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
