Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes. Administer medications and manage life support systems. Lead and coordinate patient care with nursing staff. Conduct routine examinations of patients. Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient treatment plans. Participate in the training and mentoring of junior medical staff. Engage in continuous professional development and research. Communicate effectively with patients and their families about care plans. Prepare and maintain accurate patient records. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations. Provide emergency response as required. Participate in quality assurance programs. Attend medical team meetings and contribute to case discussions. Advise on the appropriate use of ICU resources. Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Specialization in Critical Care Medicine. Valid medical license to practice in India. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a critical care environment. Strong understanding of medical procedures and protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Deep knowledge of life support and resuscitation techniques. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience with electronic health record systems. Commitment to continuing education and staying current with medical advancements. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
