The Executive Front Office role involves handling emergencies with coordination among PG Doctors, Nurses, Housekeeping department, and IP Cashier. The admission to ICU and room blocking is dependent on the patients" health condition. Special care is provided to VIP patients as per instructions from HOD/management, including keeping them in dedicated rooms and providing special attention in investigation areas.
